Payment is due on the day of service, according to the method agreed upon in advance. We offer various payment options for your convenience. Additional services may incur extra costs, which will be communicated beforehand.

We understand that unforeseen events happen! If you need to reschedule or cancel a service, we request at least 24 hours’ notice to avoid cancellation fees.
While we exercise utmost care during our services, we recommend that items of high sentimental or financial value be stored securely before cleaning.
We prioritize the safety of your little ones! During cleaning, we ask that children remain in safe areas to avoid any risk associated with cleaning products or equipment.
The client must contact us within 24 hours of the cleaning to report dissatisfaction and request a refund.
The client must clearly explain the reason for the dissatisfaction, detailing what aspects did not meet expectations. This helps us understand the issue and improve our services.
Before issuing a refund, we will offer a free return visit to correct the service. If the client remains unsatisfied after this second visit, a full refund will be issued.
Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used by the client (e.g., card refund or bank transfer) within 5 business days.
This policy does not apply in cases of abusive behavior, such as repeated attempts to receive free services or unfounded complaints. We reserve the right to deny refunds under such circumstances.
